1.  Each student receives their own Targ-It Project folder at the beginning of the week.
    2.  During quiet times or times of personal reflection the students are encouraged to reflect upon what
         they are learning at camp, and how best to implement those things into their lives.
    3.  During this time students begin to make, set, and write their yearly Targ-It goals into their folders.
    4.  At the end of camp or your desired time, students can discuss their Targ-It's as a group, one on one
         discussion, with a counselor, or not at all.
    5.  Before leaving camp they receive their personal Targ-It branding stickers to take home, and apply.
    6.  This provides the needed challenge, influence, and motivation to help reach those desired Targ-It
          goals and keeps the memories of camp alive through the year.
