Mental Targ-It Goals:
Read a new book every month.
Expand my vocabulary.
Learn a second language.
Learn to play an instrument.
Learn and understand business or economics.
Physical Targ-It Goals:
Exercise ½ hr. everyday.
Lose weight or gain weight.
Run and finish a 5 k run.
Practice and try out for sports team.
Begin a weight training program.
Social Targ-It Goals:
Visit elderly neighbors on my block.
Help raise money for a local cause.
Help with activities at school.
Participate in neighborhood activities.
Help a neighbor with a special project.
Spiritual Targ-It Goals:
Go to a local community church.
Study about life after death.
Find out who God is.
Read the family Bible.
Begin to pray more.
